Kaigan Cliffs - Garden is a location in Tales of Tanorio. The Flowither boss is located in this location, and upon defeat will roam throughout Tanorio.
To access it, you need to climb down pink vines in Kaigan Cliffs. You will see a path that will lead to a cave entrance. Enter it to access the Garden.

Dandylion being possesed by Flowither
Upon entering the garden, the player will notice a purple Dandylion standing next to an opening. Walking up to it will trigger a boss battle, similar to a Rupture battle. Flowither will raise its Speed by one stat stage as well as alternate between raising its Attack stats and Defense stats by one stat stage for 6 turns. After that, Flowither will start withering away and will decrease its Speed by one stat stage as well as alternate between decreasing its Attack stats and Defense stats by one stat stage each turn until the end of battle. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CAPTURE FLOWITHER UNTIL YOU DEFEAT IT. IT HAS A 1/1000 CHANCE OF APPEARING IN THE OVERWORLD AFTER DEFEAT.
