Appearance[]
Kira is a girl with pale skin, short brown hair, black dot eyes and a pink scarf with some red wrapped around her neck with a white target on it. She wears a red plaid patterns shirt with thin yellow lines and white cuffs, a white tang top, blue plain pants and white tennis shoes. She also wears a black bow-tie at the back of her hair and carries a black bag.

Tanaku Village[]
Kira first appears in Tanaku Village, speaking with her father, Professor Iroko, via an Atlas. Professor Iroko wants Kira and the Player to visit the research facility as he sees great potential in the Player.
Kira: "My Dad wants us down at the research facility right now. Got any idea what he needs us for? ...and don't just shrug this time."
The player proceeds to shrug.
Kira: "Hehehe, alright Captain Cryptic. Dad's been diving into wild stuff lately. So, I think whatever he's calling us for is going to be amazing! Come on!"
